We Had A Blast!
Over 60 members of the class of 1984 gathered at 3 events over the October 8-9 Homecoming Weekend—traveling from all over North America (Phoenix, Portland, Chattanooga, Washington DC, Chicago, Hibbing...). We laughed at old stories, told some new ones and met spouses and kids. Mr. (Harvey) Lundin looked exactly the same as he had 20-years ago in front of the calculus class and entertained us all by performing his famous shirt removal without taking off his jacket. Some of us visited the North Campus and tried to find our old school rooms inside all the extensive facility development. We prayed together, thankful that as far as we knew all 155 classmates were still vertical (alive and healthy) and thankful for the loving teachers and parents who nurtured us through adolescence together.
